Terms & Conditions
1. This promotion is open to all schools in the UK and Republic of Ireland who are registered with their relevant Local Education Authority (UK mainland), Education and Library Board (Northern Ireland) or Department of Education (Republic of Ireland).
2. Participating schools must have all pupils aged 18 or under.
3. Schools must register for the Scheme in order to participate.
4. Only one registration per school.
5. Applications from organisations other than schools will not be accepted.
6. One token will be issued for each £10 or €10 including VAT spent in a single transaction. To qualify for tokens, purchases must be made on the school’s Johnstone’s Football Kit For Schools account.
7. Tokens may not be transferred between schools or individuals for monetary payment or any other consideration.
8. Tokens cannot be claimed retrospectively.
9. Tokens will be issued at participating Johnstone’s and Johnstone’s Leyland Decorating Centres only.
10. The Scheme applies to purchases made from the date of registering to the Scheme to 30th April 2011 only and is subject to the availability of promotional tokens.
11. Tokens can only be redeemed in accordance with the terms of the Scheme and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
12. By participating in the Johnstone’s Football Kit For Schools Scheme, schools give consent for Johnstone’s to use their details in local press and publicity materials to promote the Scheme.
13. No cash or other alternative available to the football kit offered.
14. Tokens can only be redeemed in accordance with the instructions in the catalogue and on the website. The number of tokens required for each item is clearly stated in the catalogue and on the website.
15. For redemptions from schools based in the Republic of Ireland, we reserve the right to alter the number of tokens required for all football kit items due to foreign exchange rate fluctuations.
16. All tokens and orders must be returned to the following address by 30th June 2011 – Johnstone’s Football Kit For Schools, PPG Architectural Coatings UK Ltd, Huddersfield Road, Birstall, Batley, West Yorkshire WF17 9XA. NO FURTHER TOKENS CAN BE ACCEPTED AFTER THIS DATE.
17. Orders will only be accepted on the official order form. Items correctly supplied in accordance with the order cannot be exchanged unless faulty. Statutory rights are not affected.
18. The brands identified in the catalogue will be purchased by PPG Architectural Coatings UK Ltd from a third party supplier.
19. Delivery will be made within 60 days of acceptance of the order.
20. Johnstone’s reserves the right to refuse to print any unacceptable names/ designs.
21. Johnstone’s cannot accept responsibility for tokens lost, stolen or damaged in the post. Please use a method of postage that will provide proof of delivery.
22. Where there is any reason to believe there has been a breach of the rules, PPG Architectural Coatings UK Ltd may legitimately refuse to process an order.
23. Johnstone’s reserves the right to substitute an alternative product of a similar or greater value and equivalent to the type ordered, if for any reason the chosen goods have been discontinued or are not available.
24. PPG Architectural Coatings UK Ltd are not liable for any damages, claims or costs, however incurred, arising from the Johnstone’s Football Kit For Schools Scheme, the use of any equipment supplied pursuant to Johnstone’s Football Kit For Schools Scheme, or by the failure of a school to follow the instructions and guidelines set out in the catalogue. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall exclude liability for personal injury or death caused by its negligence.
25. Neither the whole nor any part of the information contained, nor the products described in the catalogue, may be adapted or re-produced in any material form except with the prior written approval of PPG Architectural Coatings UK Ltd or the relevant supplier. The products described in this catalogue are subject to continuous development and improvement. All information of a technical nature and particulars of the products and their use have been provided by the relevant supplier and are reproduced in the catalogue in good faith. However, PPG Architectural Coatings UK Ltd or the supplier cannot accept any liability for any loss or damage arising from any product information or particulars in the catalogue. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall exclude liability for personal injury or death caused by its negligence. Statutory rights are not affected.
26. The tokens are not interchangeable with any other tokens.
27. The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw or amend the promotion as necessary due to circumstances outside its reasonable control.
