How do I register to take part?
All schools need to complete a registration form to take part in the scheme. Click here to register the interest of your school or call the Johnstone’s Football Kit For Schools helpline on 01924 354308. We will then make contact with the school to get them registered.
Who is eligible to take part in the scheme?
The scheme is open to all schools in the UK and Republic of Ireland who are registered with their relevant Local Education Authority (UK mainland), Education and Library Board (Northern Ireland) or Department of Education (Republic of Ireland). Participating schools must have pupils aged 18 years or under.
Can clubs take part in the scheme?
No. Johnstone's Football Kit For Schools is only open to schools. Applications from other organisations will not be accepted.
Who can collect tokens?
Anyone can collect tokens for their local school, however all purchases must be made on the schools Johnstone's Football Kit For Schools account. Please mention that you are collecting for your local school when making a purchase in the Decorating Centre.
How much do I need to spend to get one token?
One token will be issued for every £10 (or €10) spent in a single transaction at a Johnstone's or Johnstone's Leyland Decorating Centre.

What products are sold in the Decorating Centres?
Each store sells a huge range of paint, decorative wood treatments, wallpapers and decorating tools and accessories – there’s everything you could ever need for decorating, all under one roof!
Will anyone be able to advise me on what products I need?
Our Decorating Centres are staffed with people that understand your needs. Our team of experts in store are happy to answer your decorating questions, guide you through DIY projects so they don’t end in disaster and help create that perfect palette you are after from a range of professional paints available in over 15,000 colours.
When can I start to collect tokens?
Tokens will be issued on purchases made from the date of the school registering to the scheme to 30th April 2011, subject to the availability of promotional tokens.
What do I do with the tokens I have collected?
You should send any tokens you collect into your local school. When the school has collected enough tokens, they can then exchange them for free football kit.
How long does the scheme run for?
As soon as the school registers to the school, you can start to collect tokens. Tokens will be issued on purchases made up to 30th April 2011, so there’s plenty of time for you to collect!
